Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Top Banana at topbanana.si, including website checks, reports, accounts, and draft suggestions. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Top Banana for a business or another organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.

Top Banana helps you understand how a brand appears in AI answers and prepare content that may improve its visibility. Reports reflect the questions, sources, engines, and time of the check; they are not a complete view of every answer a person might receive.

AI answers and third-party sources change. We do not guarantee mentions, rankings, citations, traffic, revenue, or any particular result. Screens or reports marked as examples or previews use illustrative data.

Free-check reports and drafts are available for seven days. Save any material you need before that window ends.

Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials and verification codes secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us at hola@topbanana.si if you suspect unauthorized access.

Only submit information and manage brands you have permission to work with. Do not misrepresent your relationship with a business or another person.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us permission to process that content as needed to operate the service and produce the reports or drafts you request, including through relevant service providers.

AI-generated drafts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. Review every draft before publishing. Check facts, claims, links, permissions, and any required disclosure of your relationship with the brand.

You decide what to publish and are responsible for that publication. Follow the rules of the destination platform. A suggestion to contribute to a third-party site does not grant permission to post there or imply its endorsement.

Do not use Top Banana to:

• Break the law, infringe someone’s rights, or share information without permission.
• Generate or distribute spam, deceptive endorsements, impersonation, or misleading claims.
• Access another person’s account, bypass security or usage limits, or disrupt the service.
• Upload malicious code or exploit the service to collect private information.

If you buy a paid service, review the price, currency, billing interval, trial conditions, and cancellation terms displayed at checkout before confirming. Recurring charges apply only where the checkout identifies a subscription and you authorize it.

Contact hola@topbanana.si for billing, cancellation, or refund questions. Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law remain in effect. A preview of pricing or checkout is not itself a completed purchase.

Top Banana’s software, branding, and site design belong to their respective owners. These terms allow you to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it.

Reports may link to or quote third-party sources. Those sources retain their own rights and have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, accuracy, or content.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may change features, perform maintenance, or discontinue parts of the service. We may suspend or end access if you materially violate these terms, create a security risk, or use the service unlawfully. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow you to address it.

You can stop using Top Banana at any time and contact us to request account closure. If you have a paid subscription, stopping use alone does not cancel its billing; request cancellation separately.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. You should independently verify information before relying on it.

To the extent permitted by law, Top Banana is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost opportunities or profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Where required, we will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
